Early registration date is  July 14, 2023

The early registration date will not change and do not forget to take note of this date.

Companion registration fee covers social events to be organized within the scope of the congress program and includes food services in the congress areas.

In case the papers of the participants who make an early registration payment are not accepted, the registration fees will be refunded unconditionally.

Registration fee covers participation in scientific meetings.

Student participants are required to present the student certificate they will receive from their institutions during the congress. The student certificate must be received in November.

Registration Annulment and Refund Conditions

Requests and changes regarding registration must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat.

For cancellations notified until September 30, 2023, The full fee will be refunded.

For cancellations notified until September 30 2023 50% of the payment will be refunded

After September 30 2023, there will be no cancellation - refund process, name change will be accepted.
